The dimpled design of this foundation wrap directs any water passing through the membrane down to the weeping tile so the water is properly disbursed. Another advantage of Delta-MS air-gap membrane, especially in our climate, is that should your foundation crack, the wrap will allow for expansion and contraction while not compromising the integrity and purpose of the material.

Premium Foundation Protection
The Delta MS Membrane System, commonly known as “The WRAP” is a premium foundation protection. The membrane is extruded and vacuum formed from high-density polyethylene (HDPE) a tough, durable, non-toxic material. It is remarkably impermeable to water and water vapor and impervious to acids and other agents. The dimpled design creates an air-gap between the damp soil and the foundation wall keeping moisture from ever touching the wall on its way to the footing drains. Unlike a coating, the membrane’s design allows it to permanently bridge large cracks, tie holes, and honeycombed or damaged sections of concrete. The airspace also has the unique effect of allowing moisture from the concrete curing process to escape to the outside of the wall rather than to the interior of the foundation. It can be used on any foundation type, from poured concrete and block walls to pressure-treated wood (PWF) and styrofoam formed foundations.
